Red Velvet - 8", 4-Layer CakeI revered the women in my community who made the red velvet cakes. They were goddesses to me, because of how wonderful I felt when I had their food. Everything I do at this bakery is, in some way, for them for all the old ladies who got overlooked for somebody who made a fondant cake. So this one had to be right. Real cocoa. Buttermilk tang you can actually taste. A red that comes from the cake, not from looking like a stunt. Cream cheese frosting
